Shucking Oysters, oysters are grown and harvested from pristine Australian oceans. Shucking Oysters oysters are grown to an adult size between 50 and 100 mm and remain on ocean racks until they are fully grown.  This guarantees a rich plump tasty oyster that can be shucked and eaten straight from the shell.
